St. John's Christian Academy is accredited by the South Carolina Independent School Association, which provides professional development, accreditation, athletic leagues, student activities and competitions, and policy monitoring.

Mission Statement
The mission of St. John's Christian Academy is to promote academic excellence and foster spiritual growth through a college preparatory curriculum in a Christian environment.



The High School students in grades 9–12 receive departmentalized instruction in six 50-minute periods designed to provide excellent preparation for college studies.

The Middle School students in grades 6–8 receive an emphasis on mastery of basic subject matter, through a curriculum designed to stimulate thinking and broaden perspective.

The Lower School students in grades K3–5 are provided an enriched curriculum designed to meet the challenges of mind, body, and spirit through critical-thinking activities, physical fitness, and spiritual studies.
